SOH provides asset-backed lending and acquisition services for luxury timepieces. All transactions are subject to individual agreement and applicable provincial lending regulations. This website does not constitute a binding offer of credit.
Not a Financial Institution
SOH is a private lending company and is not a bank or registered financial institution. Lending activities are conducted in accordance with applicable provincial private lending laws in Canada.
Limitation of Liability
SOH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our services. Our total liability in any matter is limited to the amount of fees paid by you in the relevant transaction.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Quebec.
